Privacy Policy

This policy explains how turnaroundsheet.com ("Character Turnaround", "we") handles personal data. Character Turnaround is operated by Emong LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, which is responsible for your personal data. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Browsing characters and downloading free packs does not require an account.

What we collect

Account data — when you create an account: your email address, name and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
Order data — when you buy a pack: the products, versions, prices, order status and the payment reference from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Library and download data — which packs you own and records of download authorisations, used to deliver your files and prevent abuse.
Files you upload — files you choose to upload in your account settings.
Support messages — what you send us through the contact or support forms, with your email address.
Technical data — IP address, browser and request logs processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Analytics — if enabled, aggregated usage statistics about pages visited. See the Cookie Policy.

How we use it

to provide your account, deliver purchased packs and keep your library available;
to process payments and refunds and keep order records;
to send account emails such as verification and password reset, and order-related messages;
to answer support requests;
to protect the site against fraud and abuse;
to understand and improve how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf:

Stripe and Link — payment processing. Paid packs are sold through Link, a Stripe company acting as merchant of record, which collects your name, email and billing address at checkout to calculate tax and issue receipts, under its own privacy policy;
Cloudflare — hosting, database, file storage and email delivery;
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google;
Analytics providers — only if analytics is enabled.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal obligations, even after you delete your account. Logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and delete your account in your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or object to the processing of your data. To make a request, contact us.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
