Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Emong LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Emong LLC", "we", "us"), which operates turnaroundsheet.com ("Character Turnaround"). They apply to the site and to every character, pack and file you obtain from it. By using the site you agree to them. How you may use the files is governed by the Pack License.

What we offer

Character Turnaround is a library of ready-to-cast characters for AI video, AI content and business content. Each character has a profile and reference images such as a character turnaround sheet and a full-body reference. Characters are delivered as character packs, and related characters can be offered together as a series. Packs are either free or paid; paid packs contain more and more polished material. Each character page states exactly which files the current pack version contains.

Packs are reference material. They do not include editable 3D model files unless a pack explicitly lists them, and we do not guarantee results in any particular AI tool.

Accounts

You can browse and download free packs without an account. Buying a pack, and re-downloading it later from your library, requires an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account in your account settings.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Paid packs are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase. Link calculates, collects and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout, issues your receipt and invoice, and appears on your card statement as "LINK.COM*". Your payment is also subject to Link's terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.

A purchase covers the pack version shown at checkout. The price, contents and license of that version are recorded with your order and are not changed by later updates to the product.

Delivery and downloads

Paid packs appear in your library once payment is confirmed. Download links are generated on request and expire after 10 minutes; you can request a new link from your library at any time. Please keep your own backup of downloaded files.

Updates

If we fix a problem in a pack (for example a missing or incorrect file), the corrected version is offered to existing buyers of that pack at no charge. New, expanded editions of a pack may be sold as separate products.

All sales are final

Packs are digital files that are made available immediately after purchase, so purchases are non-refundable. Before you buy, check the file list, previews and Pack License on the character page; at checkout you confirm that you understand the pack is delivered immediately and that the sale is final.

If a file is missing, corrupted or does not match the contents listed for the version you bought, contact us and we will provide a corrected file at no charge. Payment questions, including refund requests, can also be raised with Link support; any refund issued by Link under its policies, or required by laws that cannot be excluded by agreement, removes access to the refunded pack.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account or download links with others, or redistribute packs in breach of the Pack License;
• attempt to access files, accounts or systems you are not authorised to access, or to bypass download limits;
• use automated tools to bulk-download the site's content;
• use the site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

All characters, artwork, text and site design are owned by Emong LLC. Except for the rights granted in the Pack License, no rights are transferred to you.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site and your library available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The site and files are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Pack License. You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect the license recorded with orders you have already placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings there. Mandatory consumer protections of that country still apply.
